Josh Richardson
CEO
Josh discovered his passion for sailing at age 12, honing his skills in dinghy racing. He pursued Business Management at Southampton University, where he funded his studies by driving boats for film and television productions, including Bourne Supremacy and Harry Potter.
After university, Josh established his own training business, offering Yacht Master programs. He continues to use his extensive qualifications to train young sailors at the Royal Harwich Yacht Club today.
Alongside his partner Claire, he ventured into yacht management, overseeing iconic vessels such as MY Amaryllis, SY Germania Nova, and MY Ecstasea, with responsibilities spanning compliance to crew management. Realising a gap in the market for bespoke yacht tender consultancy, Josh and Claire founded Superyacht Tenders and Toys in 2011, working from their home before expanding to meet growing demand and servicing notable yachts like Ulysses and Polaris.
Josh takes a hands-on role in all aspects of the business, nurturing strong relationships with yacht owners and captains across the industry. He steers SYTT with a steadfast commitment to customer service and innovation, ensuring every project is approached with meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch. This dedication has helped establish lasting partnerships and a reputation for excellence within the superyacht community.

Ally Ford
Head of Marketing
As SYTT’s first-ever employee, Ally has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success over the past decade. Originally from Cape Town, Ally’s superyacht experience as a chef and stewardess, including multiple Atlantic crossings, has given her a profound understanding of life at sea and the needs of owners and crew.
In 2007, Ally and her husband, Rob, embarked on an extraordinary journey, driving from Gloucestershire to Cape Town in a converted Land Rover. Along the way, Rob proposed, and the adventure concluded with their wedding in South Africa. This spirit of adventure, combined with her organisational efficiency honed from experience in hotel management, translates seamlessly into Ally’s approach to managing SYTT’s marketing.
Outside of work, Ally is passionate about running (5k every morning), wild swimming, and dogs—especially Jack Russell’s!

Mark Peak
Head of Operations
Meet Mark, our Head of Operations and the driving force behind our toys team.
Mark’s not just about running operations—he’s often found waterside indulging his passion for toy testing. When he’s not making waves, if you’re quick, you’ll spot him cycling, running, rock climbing, and go-karting.

Pete Emmons
Technical Manager
Pete grew up in Berkshire, sailing two-person dinghies like the Tasar and 505 on the River Thames, sparking a lifelong passion for the water. After 20 years as a carpenter, his love for sailing led him and his wife, Debbie, on a Mediterranean adventure aboard their 36-foot yacht with their 18-month-old son, Ollie. Returning to Suffolk when Ollie was five, Pete worked as a Dock Master at Wolverstone Marina before joining English Braids, supporting clients from canal boats to superyachts.
A chance meeting with Josh brought Pete to the team, where he initially focused on deck equipment before leading the development of SYTT’s inflatables brand. Known for his professionalism and clear communication, Pete works closely with captains and owners, ensuring every project is tailored to SYTT’s exacting standards.
Pete’s passion for craftsmanship and sailing comes full circle with his son, Ollie, now working aboard a 65 m superyacht. For Pete, it’s a proud nod to a lifetime spent on and around the water, crafting, innovating, and inspiring the next generation of seafarers.

Natasha Sigal
Accounts Administrator
Originally from Kyiv, Natasha brings her no-nonsense approach and sharp wit to the team.
Outside of work, she’s all about balance—whether it’s hitting the gym, enjoying a sauna, or relishing the company of her playful cat, Cosmo.
While she finds the world of yachts both crazy and cool, Natasha’s razor-sharp accountancy and practicality are essential to keeping SYTT on an even keel.

Phil Gallagher
Operations
Phil joined SYTT six years ago, bringing a wealth of expertise in marine engineering. With factory training across leading brands like Yamaha, Mercury, MerCruiser, Yanmar, Volvo, Sea-Doo, and PCM, Phil’s technical knowledge ensures every project is completed to an exacting standard.
An avid motorboater, Phil is a proud owner of an old MasterCraft. He’s partial to a bit of wakeboarding, too. Beyond the workshop, Phil is equally skilled as a swimming coach and can often be found playing five-a-side football, likely pulling a muscle, hurting his back, or rolling his ankle.
His love for motor boating and engineering, together with his hands-on expertise, make him an invaluable member of the SYTT operations team.

Matthew Jay
Project Manager
Growing up in Africa with watersports at his doorstep, Matt became a certified diver at just ten years old. This early fascination grew into a wealth of experience, including extensive time spent teaching in Tanzania, Thailand, and the Middle East.
A strong swimmer, Matt’s favourite strokes—freestyle and butterfly—reflect his energetic and determined personality, traits which also shine through in his passion for rugby.
Known for his great sense of humour, Matt is not just a serious team player but also excels in client interactions, always bringing clarity and insight to every project.

Karen Hubbard
Project Assistant
Karen is the organisational force behind the smooth running of tender projects. Karen keeps the upstairs office as spick and span as her impeccably organised inbox.
Karen’s competitive edge shines not only at work but also in her impressive sporting achievements. A former basketball player at county and national levels, she even took on the Suffolk men’s league with her women’s team. Now, she channels her drive into captaining her local bowls team, also leading them to national and county success.
Balancing her passion for sports with her dedication to the company, Karen’s energy and professionalism make her an indispensable part of SYTT—first on the team sheet in and out of the office.

Darren Jacobs
Design Engineer
During his automotive design studies, Darren collaborated with Jaguar on a standout project and earned recognition as one of just twelve students worldwide featured in Car Design News as a Student Designer of the Year—a proud achievement reflected in his portfolio, which can be explored on Instagram.
Joining SYTT in 2023, Darren works alongside Pete to create custom inflatables for some of the world’s most prominent boats. His innovative designs, tailored to meet the unique demands of superyacht owners, are redefining what’s possible in luxury inflatables.
Outside of work, Darren finds relaxation in building LEGO® models, particularly from the Ultimate Collector Series, with his prized McLaren P1™ Hypercar proudly displayed at home. Darren is a talented illustrator who also lends his skills to support the tenders team.

Jocelyn Glen-Gowing
Sales and Operations Assistant
Jocelyn is a key part of our toy department, bringing solid watersports experience and a friendly, hands-on approach. He holds an RYA Dinghy Instructor ticket, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and spent several seasons teaching at Anglian Water’s Alton Water Park.
His genuine love of being on the water comes through in the way he works with both clients and the wider team. Based at SYTT HQ in the UK, Jocelyn also looks after the organisation, shipping, and delivery of all toy orders, ensuring everything runs reliably from start to finish.

Roxane Ducruet
Managing Director, SYTT MC
Born and raised in Monaco, Roxane’s creative roots run deep. Her career began in stage and lighting design, crafting immersive sets for operas and ballets, including a tenure at the prestigious Opéra de Monte-Carlo. This experience taught her how to manage teams and execute complex projects—a skill she brings to SYTT’s tender and inflatable projects today.
Growing up with a sea view and an affinity for sailing, Roxane’s future in the superyacht industry seemed destined. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to pitch the idea of a Monaco office to SYTT founder Josh Richardson—within two weeks, she was making her case in person.
When not driving business forward, Roxane enjoys Monaco’s unique lifestyle—hiking, swimming, and playing tennis—with her cat, aptly named Eclipse, nearby.

Mark Fitzpatrick
Operations, SYTT MC
Mark’s journey from Kilkenny to the Mediterranean is anything but typical. Starting as an electrician, he pivoted to hospitality after Ireland’s economic downturn, refining his people skills in restaurants and bars.
His travels took him to New York, but visa limits nudged him toward the South of France, where he managed seven bustling Irish bars—handling everything from HR to stock control. His quick wit and charm led him to meet Lucie, a French local who fell for his bad jokes.
Mark now oversees operations and logistics at SYTT MC, managing stock and warehousing and making up to four deliveries a day in peak season.
A football fanatic with a serious Football Manager CV, he also dabbles in online chess. Mark’s sharp sense of humour and can-do attitude keep crews and his colleagues smiling all year around.
