What is the lead time for manufacturing your inflatables?
Slides and aqua parks: 25 days, plus shipping time. Platforms and docks: 4-12 weeks, depending on current production schedules. Contact our team for precise timing aligned with your needs.

How long will my inflatables stay inflated?
Your inflatables will remain robustly inflated indefinitely. However, note that pressure may fluctuate a little with temperature changes. If they’ve been left out in cooler overnight conditions, they might need a quick top-up.

What is the recommended steepness for a superyacht slide?
A 45-degree angle is ideal for thrilling yet safe descents. Our design team will tailor this based on your requirements and yacht configuration.

How do your slides stay straight?
The internal air pressure maintains the slide’s integrity. We also use securing lines for added stability.

Are your slides freestanding, or do they require support?
Our slides are predominantly freestanding. However, we generally incorporate inflatable supports for larger designs exceeding 10 metres.

Is there a chance a slide will damage our handrails?
There is no chance whatsoever since our slides are self-supporting. We will consider the height of your rail when designing the slide to ensure there is clearance.

Do your slides come with a sprinkler system?
If you want to maximise the moisture, then of course. We can incorporate a plug-and-play hose to supply a continuous feed. Alternatively, for a budget option, a bucket of water will suffice.

How do I measure up for an inflatable slide?
Use our template to skip the queue. Alternatively, send over your GA. Our expert team will recommend the optimal positioning, usually towards the stern, for easier access and enjoyment.

Can I customise my inflatables with my logo?
Absolutely. We offer customisation options across our range. On slides, we can print along the cover strip or the slide’s length, on platforms and docks on the removable covers or sidewalls, and on game decks on the tube structures.

Can I park a seaplane on your inflatable docks?
Yes, our specially designed docks cater to seaplanes, supporting up to 150kg per sqm. These docks can be engineered to cradle or elevate your seaplane, depending on its weight.

What weight can your inflatable platforms support?
Our platforms and docks are built to accommodate up to 100 kg per sqm on 20 cm deep docks and 150 kg per sqm on 30 cm deep docks.

Will your inflatables fade in the sun?
Our products are built to resist sun damage, which is also covered by our comprehensive 5-year warranty.

Do your sea pools come with weights?
Yes, weights are included with every sea pool. They are easily deployed or retrieved from Velcro pockets to ensure stability and convenience.

Is the netting in your sea pools detachable?
Yes, the netting is affixed with a robust, heavy-duty zipper, allowing for easy removal and attachment.

Can I use a ladder with an inflatable sea pool?
Certainly. We recommend having one internal and one external. We can incorporate various positions for added versatility. Our design ensures the ladder will not tip.
