Husband and wife team, Josh and Claire Richardson founded Superyacht Tenders and Toys in 2011. Motivated by remarkable industry experience, their objective was to simplify the intricate business of cost control and purchasing — specifically, that relating to the acquisition of a yacht’s highest ticket items: tenders and toys.
Acutely in tune with the complexities of yacht management, the appetite for their impartial one-stop consultancy grew exponentially. As the industry surged, so did the company and after winning the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2017, followed by inclusion in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 in 2019, the payroll in 2023 is proudly twenty-five strong.
Championing our profound versatility as an organisation, our brands have also expanded at a rate of knots.
We now incorporate Superyacht Inflatables, Superyacht Nautique, Shipyard Supply Co, and ROAM Boats — our fully custom tender and shadow boat production line.
Alongside the design and manufacture of a wealth of vessels, inflatables, and deck components, we offer significant capacity for storage, supported by a dedicated rental and distribution arm in Monaco.
What’s more, over a decade of enterprise has helped us garner an enviable global network of suppliers. As a result, we believe we have the highest degree of flexibility for any multi-faceted consultancy in the superyacht industry.
