No — our brokerage represents just a selection of what we have. We have boats that are not publically listed, we have new stock boats, and we also have contacts with other brokers for other listings. If you’re in the market, definitely let us know what your requirements are.

The boats in our brokerage aren’t all on-site with us. A lot of them are on yachts or in secure storage. If you can’t travel to a particular boat, we can easily provide plenty of images or walkthrough videos.

It depends on the listing and how and where you intend to deliver to. There are various options, all of which our team can happily take you through.

We will not charge VAT and Duties unless you are a UK-registered yacht or individual. Local taxes may be due in the country of delivery depending on specific registration. More often than not, goods can be shipped “in transit” to allow ex-VAT supply within Europe.

Generally, yes. If the item you wish to trade in is in good and usable condition, we will gladly offer a part exchange. We do operate this on a case-by-case basis, so please speak with our team to for options.

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all custom products.

All shipments can be insured subject to the value of the order. This provides full peace of mind for the recipient.

Tracking is provided at all times where available. Our team keep a close eye on all movements to ensure deliveries run as smooth as possible from door to door.

We offer a 5-year warranty on all inflatable platforms, with a 3 year warranty on the removable covers.

Our stock docks and platforms are available in grey and blue, however, all custom orders (including all other types of inflatables) can be produced in any colour.

In the unlikely event that you have a puncture, all docks and platforms come with a repair kit. However, if the issue is unrepairable, the product will need to be sent back to our factory, where we will carry out the repair for free if it comes under warranty.

We don’t offer a warranty since it’s not easy to guarantee the lifespan of a completely bespoke product. However, if the product develops a fault as a direct result of our design, we will happily resolve the issue at our expense.
