Tenders
Are the boats listed in your brokerage only what you have available?
No — our brokerage represents just a selection of what we have. We have boats that are not publically listed, we have new stock boats, and we also have contacts with other brokers for other listings. If you’re in the market, definitely let us know what your requirements are.
Where are the boats stored?
The boats in our brokerage aren’t all on-site with us. A lot of them are on yachts or in secure storage. If you can’t travel to a particular boat, we can easily provide plenty of images or walkthrough videos.
Can you help us optimise our garage layout as well as design and manufacture the components?
Absolutely – a natural part of our design process is to suggest ways to achieve operational efficiency. In addition, our team will gladly produce blueprints for garage design and layout.
Are your brokerage prices plus VAT?
It depends on the listing and how and where you intend to deliver to. There are various options, all of which our team can happily take you through.
If I order from the UK do I have to pay VAT and other Duties?
We will not charge VAT and Duties unless you are a UK-registered yacht or individual. Local taxes may be due in the country of delivery depending on specific registration. More often than not, goods can be shipped “in transit” to allow ex-VAT supply within Europe.
Toys
What is the lead time on toys?
All lead times are different. However, if you have an urgent requirement, speak to our team who will be glad to assist.
Can we bulk order and consolidate?
Yes, absolutely. We offer secure storage in Monaco and the UK, offering a place to consolidate your order until you are ready to receive.
Do you offer training when the toys are delivered?
Yes, absolutely. Speak to our team to arrange.
Do you customise toys?
We do. From colour changes and bespoke upholstery to custom lighting and engraving, there’s almost no limit to the customisations we provide. Speak to our team about your requirements.
Can I part-exchange toys?
Generally, yes. If the item you wish to trade in is in good and usable condition, we will gladly offer a part exchange. We do operate this on a case-by-case basis, so please speak with our team to for options.
Do we offer a warranty on our custom products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all custom products.
Are all items insured during shipping?
All shipments can be insured subject to the value of the order. This provides full peace of mind for the recipient.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is provided at all times where available. Our team keep a close eye on all movements to ensure deliveries run as smooth as possible from door to door.
Inflatables
Do your inflatables carry a warranty?
We offer a 5-year warranty on all inflatable platforms, with a 3 year warranty on the removable covers.
Can you colour-match inflatables?
Our stock docks and platforms are available in grey and blue, however, all custom orders (including all other types of inflatables) can be produced in any colour.
Do you have service centres for your inflatables — what happens if we have an issue?
In the unlikely event that you have a puncture, all docks and platforms come with a repair kit. However, if the issue is unrepairable, the product will need to be sent back to our factory, where we will carry out the repair for free if it comes under warranty.
Do we offer a warranty on our custom products?
We don’t offer a warranty since it’s not easy to guarantee the lifespan of a completely bespoke product. However, if the product develops a fault as a direct result of our design, we will happily resolve the issue at our expense.
