Inflatable Courts FAQs
What power supply is needed?
We supply an electric pump compatible with either 220V or 110V, with options for both European and U.S. plugs.
How does deck camber affect the setup?
The inflatable structure generally moulds to the deck surface, so camber is not an issue.
How do the courts attach to the deck?
Typically, existing handrails and stanchions are used. We also utilise helipad tie-down points and other hard fixings when available. Additional attachment options such as weight bags, deck sockets, or simple pad eyes can be supplied.
What conditions are suitable for use?
Sensible use is key. A user guide is provided but the courts should not be used in winds exceeding 15mph (25kph).
How long does set up take?
Set up time varies by size and number of sections but around 20-30 minutes is generally achievable with a little practice. Partially inflate the court to 1.75 psi, zip and strap the sections together and then fully inflate and secure.
How is the court stored?
The court is delivered deflated in dedicated storage bags, typically 4x bags for easy handling. The average bag is 120 x 60 x 60 cm with an approx. weight of 5kg per metre of court.
What games can be played on the court?
The courts are designed for multiple sports, including pickleball, football, basketball, tennis, volleyball. They can also be used for ice skating and boxing.
What is the material specification?
The courts are currently made from 0.9mm HT PVC. TPU options are in development. The courts are suited to marine environments with the d rings being made from marine grade 316 stainless steel.
How do I clean the court?
Rinse off saltwater, dry completely, and store. Use pH-neutral cleaning products for best results. We recommend products from Wash Down.
Can the courts be branded?
The standard colour is black and boat logos can be added. Flooring options include PVC drop-stitch and teak-printed covers with custom logos. Looking for something specific, just ask.
What is included in the delivery?
Each court comes with storage bags, instructions, electric pump, and repair kit.
What are the servicing options?
We have several global service centres and multi-lingual phone support. An onsite handover and help with set up is also available.
