What to expect from the process
Every great project starts with a conversation. Share a few basic details with us—just enough to get the ball rolling.
We’ll be in touch to develop your wishlist and build a detailed design brief. At this stage, we’ll ask for your General Arrangement—we’re always happy to sign an NDA if needed.
We’ll also explore the intended position of your inflatable (transom or shell door?) and whether you envision a pool, lounging platform, toy dock—or all three. If it’s a toy dock, how many jet skis, e-foils, or other toys do you need it to support?
Our designs are entirely bespoke. We can adjust pool depth for younger guests, add wide walkways for comfort, or reinforce docking points to handle large tenders. Need crane lifting points? M/Y U-81 is a perfect reference.

Next, our design team will create a bespoke proposal tailored to your requirements.
Typically within 7–10 days, you’ll receive a detailed visual package ready for review.
This is your opportunity to give feedback.
We’ll fine-tune the concept drawing to make sure everything’s just right before moving forward.

At this point, we will provide a formal quote, with options to build in either TPU or PVC.
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll issue an invoice.
As standard, 50% secures your production slot, and 50% is due before dispatch.
Now the magic happens.
Our TPU inflatables are produced in Europe, while our PVC platforms are manufactured in China.
Both facilities operate with a strong focus on ethical labour practices, including excellent worker welfare, proper extraction systems, and humidity control for material integrity.

For Med delivery, you’ll only pay for transport within Europe—we cover all import duties into Monaco. For other regions, our team will clearly outline the options.
We personally deliver to mainland Europe to ensure everything arrives as expected.
Even after delivery, we’re here to help. All our inflatables come with a 5-year limited warranty and access to global service centres, should you ever need support.
And when your TPU platform reaches the end of its life, we offer upcycling options here in the UK. Fancy a duffle bag or a laptop case made from your old inflatable? Just let us know.
